When you have installed the e-satisfaction code on your website and still do not receive any feedback, you should check one of the following:
Check on your web integrations if the questionnaire is active
If it's on mobile, check the mobile switch
Check on your web integration settings if you have set blacklist or whitelist values
Check that the position of the questionnaire is a valid css selector and visible to the user
Eliminate your delay cap value to 0 minutes, hours and days
Check that you have an active Plan and has credits remaining
