This article will guide you through the process of translating your Questionnaire for your different audience.
At the moment we support the following languages for translation:
el (Greek)
el-formal (Greek, using plural)
en-us (English, US)
es (Spanish)
ro (Romanian)
ca (Catalan)
Greek formal is a custom-made language where we have changed all singular to plural, for the accounts that prefer that.
NOTE: In order to be able to translate your Groups and Questions, you should have enabled the feature "Custom Questionnaires" in your Application Plan.
NOTE: You cannot change a template questionnaire. You should first Disconnect the Questionnaire from Template.
In this guide, we assume that you are working on a custom questionnaire or on a disconnected one. For making the examples easier, we are working on a disconnected questionnaire.
In a Questionnaire, you can translate the following:
Title and Subtitle
Group title
Question Title
Question Values
From the Content Customization section, click on the icon that looks like a globe:
And the following popup will appear:Â
In a similar way, you can translate groups and questions by clicking the same button on the right side of each panel:
Finally, you can translate your question value titles by clicking the same button on each value. You can translate side values for rating questions and options for single and multiple selection questions:
