Disconnect Questionnaire from Template

Introduction

Each questionnaire of your application, for any Business Type as they are listed here, is connected to a template.

NOTE: In order to be able to disconnect the questionnaire your plan has to have the "Custom Questionnaire" feature.

To be able to edit a Questionnaire (Groups, Questions etc.) from a Template Questionnaire, you have to disconnect it form the template.

Before you click on the above button,you can edit any template question you desire. Keep in mind the following:

This is an irreversible action. Once you disconnect a questionnaire, you cannot connect it back.
You will not be able to compare your data with the e-satisfaction Market.

Simply click on the Disconnect button on the top of the Questionnaire Content Customization page:
