As described in a previous article, On Screen Incentive Campaigns can have coupons to send offers to their users.
You should be able to manage your campaign coupons from the panel on the content section:
Each campaign includes a list of coupons that you can manage directly from the campaign settings. This list helps you keep track of which coupons are available, used, or reusable.
The coupon list displays the following information for each entry:
Coupon: The actual coupon code or value (e.g., SAVE10, WELCOME2025). This is what users will see when the campaign is displayed.
Reusable: Indicates whether the coupon can be used multiple times.
If marked as Reusable, the same coupon can be assigned to more than one user and redeemed multiple times.
If not reusable, each coupon will only be used once and then marked as unavailable.
Used: Shows whether a coupon has already been used in a campaign.
Yes means the coupon has already been displayed and assigned to a user (if non-reusable).
No means the coupon is still available for assignment.
This view helps you easily monitor coupon availability, understand which codes have been consumed, and manage or upload new coupons as needed.
To create a coupon, simply click on the "Create New" button on the top right corner of the panel, and the following dialog will be displayed:
At any time you can enable or disable a coupon, simply by clicking on the edit button on the right side of each coupon:
You can also import multiple coupons at once using a CSV file. Simply click on the "Import coupons" button on the top right corner of the panel, and the following dialog will be displayed:
To save time and manage large sets of coupons easily, you can import coupons into your campaign using a CSV file. Each imported coupon will automatically appear in the campaign’s coupon list with its defined attributes.
Your CSV file must include two columns:
coupon — the actual coupon code or value (e.g., SAVE10, WELCOME2025).
reusable — defines whether the coupon can be used multiple times.
Use 1 for reusable coupons.
Use 0 for single-use coupons.
