We’ve taken your feedback to heart and transformed the Response Rate Dashboard into a powerful tool that gives you full visibility into every stage of your questionnaires’ flow. From distribution to completion, the more sophisticated version delivers richer & actionable insights you can trust.
What Was vs. What’s New
The previous version of the dashboard helped you track one critical metric — Response Rate — over time. It served as a reliable snapshot of how many questions per questionnaire(s) were answered versus how many were sent.
But we heard you:
“We need a deeper layer of analysis and additional data.”
“We want to understand why our response rate is low.”
“Where do we lose users — is it delivery, engagement, or submission?”
So here’s what’s new:
Reminder – Explainer:
Created Instances: Total questionnaires generated in the selected period, even those without responses.
Viewed Instances: Questionnaires that actually loaded and were seen by the customer (or opened via public link).
Submitted Instances: Questionnaires with at least one answered question — even if not fully completed.
1. Expanded Post-Distribution Metrics
Before:
You only saw the overall Response Rate Funnel(Completed / Submitted / Created).
Now:
You can break this Funnel into three distinct stages:
(Survey) Open Rate (Viewed / Created): How many users actually opened the questionnaire
Submit Rate (Submitted / Viewed): From those who viewed it, who went on to answer
Response Rate (Submitted / Created): The complete conversion journey
➡️ You now know where drop-offs happen, not just that they happen.
2. Enhanced Response Funnel
Before:
The response journey showed:
Created → Submitted → Completed
Now:
We added a key step — Viewed — to offer more visibility:
Created → Viewed → Submitted → Completed
➡️ This helps you pinpoint exactly where users engage — and where they drop off.
3. New Queue Items Section
A completely new addition that helps you monitor how surveys are delivered before users even interact with them. This section acts as a first layer of Health Check for your distribution list, since you can understand if the drop starts even before the survey instances’ creation.
Included Now:
A full Queue Items Funnel:
Scheduled → Dispatched → Created → Viewed → Submitted → Completed
Dispatch Success Rate: See how effectively questionnaire communications (email/sms/viber) are actually delivered
Monthly breakdown of each stage to monitor trends and troubleshoot issues early

4. Queue Distribution Status + Delivery Health
Queue Items are now grouped into:
Distributed: Successfully delivered
Non-Distributed: Failed to deliver
Pending: Items to be sent in the near future
And we know what you’re wondering — so we’ve foreseen a separate view where you also get:
Reasons for failed delivery (e.g. unsubscribed, frequency cap, quota hit)
Detailed counts and percentages for each status
