To set up a Humanized Marketing Campaign you will need to follow only 4 steps!
Let’s get started…
Step 1: Login to e-satisfaction’s dashboard and go under the section “e-shop Configuration -> Humanized Marketing Automations Setting -> Campaigns -> New Entry”.
Step 2: Select the customer segment to display your humanized marketing automation.
Customer segments have been created after careful research of the selected feedback of the customers of more than 160 e-Businesses that use e-satisfaction. Customers are no longer segmented as happy, dissatisfied, promoters and detractors but as excited, trusted, overall disappointed, happy, excited passives etc.

Important: There are different customer segments for the Check out and the After Sales stages. Therefore, if you want to display the same automation in both stages you will have to create 2 different campaigns, one for each stage with the corresponding customer segment.
Step 3: Select your preferred automation, i.e. Refer a Friend, Callback Request etc.
Step 4: Click on "Create"
Hooray! Your campaign has been created and will be displayed to your customers! 😊
