When an Unauthorized Warning appears, you should check one of the following:
- If your e-shop’s URL is in accordance with the URL you filled in to dashboard. If they are not in accordance configuration cannot be achieved and therefore, you should contact us.
- If the Check out questionnaire has been deactivated from your account on e-satisfaction’s dashboard. You may check if the above is correct, after logging in to e-satisfaction’s dashboard and going under the section “E-shop Configuration → Stage Configuration → Check out Configuration”.
- The Check out Activation should appear to be on.
- If your Customer Experiences have expired
- If your plan has expired
