I don't receive feedback in the Check out stage. What shall I do?

When an Unauthorized Warning appears, you should check one of the following:

  • If your e-shop’s URL is in accordance with the URL you filled in to dashboard. If they are not in accordance configuration cannot be achieved and therefore, you should contact us.
  • If the Check out questionnaire has been deactivated from your account on e-satisfaction’s dashboard. You may check if the above is correct, after logging in to e-satisfaction’s dashboard and going under the section “E-shop Configuration  Stage Configuration  Check out Configuration”.
  • The Check out Activation should appear to be on.
  • If your Customer Experiences have expired
  • If your plan has expired

If all the above seem to be correct, contact our team at tech@e-satisfaction.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
