When you have installed the e-satisfaction code on your website and still do not receive any feedback, you should check one of the following:
- Check on your web integrations if the questionnaire is active
- If it's on mobile, check the mobile switch
- Check on your web integration settings if you have set blacklist or whitelist values
- Check that the position of the questionnaire is a valid css selector and visible to the user
- Eliminate your delay cap value to 0 minutes, hours and days
- Check that you have an active Plan and has credits remaining
