Which data are required? (step 2)


Login to e-satisfaction's dashboard, go under the section “Dashboard → Omni → Data" and upload the CSV file with the required data. Make sure you follow these requirements:

  • The file must be in .csv format
  • Data should be in the following order:
    • store_id, order_id, purchase_date, phone_number or email, send, send_channel, first_name, last_name, store, loyalty_card, basket_size, basket_value, days_after, hours_after
  • Dates must be in the following form: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM (2017-09-30 10:10)

Once you will upload your list, you will be able to see the orders that are pending to receive the Omni survey, as displayed below:
