1) Fill in the content of the SMS and/or email that will be sent to your customers.
SMS / Email: Sender name - The sender name that will appear in the SMS/email sent to your customers.
SMS: Sender Number - The sender number that will appear in the SMS sent to your customers - IF NO NAME IS DEFINED
SMS: Message - The content of the SMS that will be sent to your customers (MAX 140 characters)
2) Define under which conditions, 1 or more, you wish the SMS/email to be sent
Has loyalty card: choose if you want to send only to customers with loyalty card
Basket items: Choose the questionnaire's send condition based on the number of items included in your customer's basket
Basket cost: Choose the questionnaire's send condition based on your customer's basket cost. For example, choose to send it for baskets with costs more than 50€ (>50)
3) Choose the number of hours or days after which the questionnaire will be sent.
For example, 2 hours after the purchase.
4) Choose the number of hours or days you wish to avoid sending the questionnaire again to the same customer.
For example, if you pause sent for 7 days a customer that made a second purchase within 3 days from the first one, will only receive the questionnaire for their first purchase.
