Do I have to prepare anything before creating my Customer Recovery CallBack Request campaign?

Before creating and launching your own Customer CallBack Request campaign, you will need to prepare the following:\

1. A visual which will motivate your customer to fill in their telephone number or e-mail to contact them and to leave a comment.                

Dimensions: maximum width 470px and maximum height 500px (accepted formats: png, jpg, jpeg)

2. A visual which will appear immediately after the submission of the CallBack Request. In this visual, you can write, for example, “Thank you, one of our representatives will contact you in the next n days”.

Important note: When you create the above visuals please make sure to leave a plain area to display the Call to Action button.
