Our team has developed and provides you an advanced plugin for Magento that automated e-satisfaction's installation process and also integrates customer feedback in the back office interface of the Magento platform! So after integrating e-satisfaction plugin for Magento, you will be able to:
- track in a blink of an eye which orders need your attention, which clients rated their experience and what orders have a comment.
- view comments and ratings for each order, without having to login to e-satisfaction's dashboard
- be informed on the satisfaction history of each customer, in the "customers" section of Magento
To start using e-satisfaction in Magento, all you have to do is complete the following steps:
Step 1 - Track e-satisfaction plugin in Magento Connect
You can click this link to be transferred to Magento Connect, where you will see a detailed description of e-satisfaction's Magento plugin.
After clicking on "Install Now", you should click on "Get Extension Key"
After clicking Get Extension Key, select the key that is displayed and copy it.
Step 2 - Install Plugin to Magento
Login to the admin panel of Magento, with a user that has admin rights and navigate to System -> Magento Connect -> Magento Connect Manager
In the Install New Extensions section of the Magento Connect Manager paste the key you copied in step 1 and click install.
Important: In some cases the Magento Connect Manager may return an error and not complete the process. In this case you should visit this page, paste the key in the text field and click submit. After this process, the .zip file of e-satisfaction's Magento Plugin will be downloaded in your computer. After download finishes, you should go back to Magento Connect Manager and install the plugin through the Direct Package file upload section.
Step 3 - Setup e-satisfaction settings
After sucessful installation of the plugin, you should log out and login again to Magento backend. Upon re-login you will see that a new tab will have been added to the admin menu, named "e-satisfaction"
Click e-satisfaction -> settings and in the settings page that is displayed, fill in the information of your website. If you do now know where to find this information, click here.
Step 4 - Testing
You are all set! Now the only thing you have to do is to visit your website and confirm that e-satisfaction is operating correctly.
The first thing to confirm is that browsing questions are displayed. To do this, just browse the website for 2'. If everything has gone right, you will see a browsing question, similar to the one that is displayed in the following snapshot.
