Can I be alerted when a customer needs my attention?


If you have chosen an Ask+Understand+Leverage plan you will receive an automated e-mail alert every time a dissatisfied customer needs your attention and every time a customer leaves a comment.

To activate/deactivate the E-mail Alerts, you will have to log in to dashboard and go under the section “e-shop  Configuration →  Customer Feedback Automations Settings  → E-mail Alerts". 

Activate the alert type you wish to receive and Save your option!

Note: Most of the fill-in fields have a tooltip which briefly explains the alert types.
