Customer Experiences? How exactly are they measured?


Our pricing policy is based on customers experiences and every pricing level includes up to a certain number of customer experiences. 

But how exactly we define and measure customer experiences? 

A customer experience corresponds to a unique order ID and thus, to a unique customer. 

Therefore, if a customer reviewed his experience during the Check out and/or the After Sales stage, it is defined as 1 customer experience.
