Introduction

Organizations are the data owners for the e-satisfaction data collected using all the feedback mechanisms.

You can create an organization using the onboarding dialog (after registration) or from the user profile, under the "Organizations" section:

Applications

An organization can have one or more applications to collect Customer Feedback and create Marketing Campaigns.
