The Pipeline is the Handler of a sending queue for a questionnaire. A Pipeline is automatically created when you select a specific business type.
For example, in order for the After sales questionnaire to be sent, there is a pipeline with the following information:
- How do you want to send the questionnaire (available channels: email, SMS, Viber)
- The message content of the email/SMS/Viber message
- When do you want to send the questionnaire (e.g 5 days after the order has been placed)
You will be able to update the sending queue of the email/phone numbers and to know in which status is every item (pending, completed, canceled, failed, processing).
