To create your own questions, you need to log in the dashboard and select from the home page the questionnaire you want to add the custom question.
In the side bar, you will find the section: Content Customization - it is under the Configuration category
Each questionnaire is consisted of 4 groups. Each group has a specific number of enabled questions. The third group is referred to Custom Questions.
Click the button Add new question and write down the necessary information.
You can select between four(4) question types
- Rating: A rating question asks from respondents to evaluate on a scale from one (1) to ten (10) the referred statement.
- Open text: A question with an open space where your visitors and/ or customers can freely provide their feedback with a comment.
- Single Selection (Radio): the customer is asked to pick only one answer, from a pre-determined set of responses of at least two or more options.
- Multiple Selection: the customer is free to pick more than one answer, from a pre-determined set of responses of at least two or more options.
According to the question type you have chosen, you need to complete the equivalent fields.
When you have inserted the needed information you can click the “Save” button to Activate your question.
You can create as many questions as you desire, but only one will be shown at the time.
Note: All fill-in fields have a tooltip which briefly explains which information should be inserted.
