Regarding the appearance of the browse questions, you may choose your preferred display position of the browse questions after logging in to e-satisfaction's dashboard -> click on Distribution next to Browse Questionnaire at home page -> go to Web Integration page.
Choose the Position Button and select where on your site the browse question would appear.
Don't forget to Save the changes! :)
The new position of browse question should not interrupt the buying journey but at the same time should be visible to your customers.
The default position of browse is at the bottom left corner of your site.
The appearance of the questionnaire in Browse mode varies based on the viewport dimensions and the device (desktop or mobile/tablet).
On desktop (desktop devices and viewport width <768px), you should be able to see the round button (launcher) on the corner specified by your settings. On click, you should see the questionnaire as follows:
In order to improve the user's experience, the questionnaire will not be displayed if the viewport height is <500px.
On mobile devices, the questionnaire will cover the entire screen to allow the user to tap on the responses easier. On launcher tap, you should see the questionnaire as follows:
