I want to test if I have set up properly the messaging provider. How can I do that?


You need to log in your e-satisfaction account and select application settings from the side bar. 

At the Messaging Provider section, you can view the messaging provider you have already created. 

To verify that the messaging provider works properly, send a test message to yourself or to another recipient.

Click on the Test button and fill in the recipient email address.


The recipient would receive an email with subject " Test Message" and the sender would be the one you have set during the creation of messaging provider. 

In case you do not receive the test message, check your spam folder or repeat the process trying another recipient email.
