Web Display Settings

Select your Embed display type in the Web Display Settings and choose the position as it appears in the following screenshot:

Click Save to save the changes!

Appearance

The appearance of the questionnaire in Browse mode varies based on the viewport dimensions and the device (desktop or mobile/tablet).

Desktop View (width > 768px)

If you have a Questionnaire with Embed display in your application, the questionnaire should be displayed to your site, like the example:

And after selecting your first response:

Mobile View

On mobile devices, the questionnaire will appear in mobile layout as follows:
