Introduction

Each questionnaire of your application, for any Business Type as they are listed here, is connected to a template.

Editing Your Questionnaire

NOTE: In order to be able to disconnect the questionnaire your plan has to have the "Custom Questionnaire" feature.

To be able to edit a Questionnaire (Groups, Questions etc.) from a Template Questionnaire, you have to disconnect it form the template.

Before you Disconnect

Before you click on the above button,you can edit any template question you desire. Keep in mind the following:

1. This is an irreversible action. Once you disconnect a questionnaire, you cannot connect it back.
2. You will not be able to compare your data with the e-satisfaction Market.

Disconnect Your Questionnaire

Simply click on the Disconnect button on the top of the Questionnaire Content Customization page:
