Create Organization


A core element of your e-satisfaction account is the organization.

The organization is actually the upper management level of your application/applications.

It is part of your user profile and it is extremely useful when you handle more than one applications because you are able to handle all the applications from just one tab.

For example you can create a chart to concentrate in one chart the results of all the applications and take a quick overview of the overall customer experience your organization provides.

Creating an organization

By the time you create your account, then from your user profile you should create the organization for your business. 

From the organization page, click on the button Create New and fill in the name of the organization. 

Do not forget to press Save to complete the process. 😀
