As you already know, you are able to receive email notifications whenever you have a new customer comment or when an unhappy customer is detected!
But, who said that alerts are only about questionnaires?
At the new dashboard of e-satisfaction you can choose to be alerted every time you have a new callback request from a customer or when your account available coupons are about to be expired.
To enable the Campaign Alerts, go to notification settings from your dashboard.
There you can find multiple notification types
Select the "Campaigns" tabs, and enable the email notification for each of the events are referred there.
Now every time you have a new callback request or your coupons are expired you will receive an email notification.
