e-satisfaction

Introduction
You can setup your e-satisfaction account to send emails through Moosend.
Configuration
Selecting Moosend on the service will display the following dialog:
| Field | Description |
| Sender | The email that will be submitted to Moosend and will appear as sender in the emails. |
| Username | The Moosend account username. |
| Password | The Moosend account password. |
Sub-Accounts
If you are using a sub-account, you will have to enter the username with your sub-account like this:
sub-account\username
Example (with e-satisfaction sub-account):
e-satisfaction\johndoe
Unsubscribers
e-satisfaction cannot detect emails that have been unsubscribed on the Moosend platform. For this reason, all emails that have been previously unsubscribed from Moosend will be marked as Completed, without any other information.
