Introduction
You can setup your e-satisfaction account to send Viber and SMS messages through M-Stat.
Configuration
Selecting M-Stat on the service will display the following dialog:
Both SMS and Viber channels have the same settings:
| Field | Description |
| Sender | The phone number used to send SMS or Viber messages. |
| User Id | The M-Stat user id |
| Auth Key | The M-Stat API Auth Key |
