Introduction
You can setup your e-satisfaction account to send Viber and SMS messages through Apifon.
Configuration
Selecting Apifon (Viber) on the service will display the following dialog:
And for SMS:
| Field | Description |
| Sender | The phone number used to send SMS or Viber messages. |
| Token | The Apifon Token |
| Api Key | The Apifon Api Key |
| SMS Fallback | [Only for Viber] Enable to send an SMS if the Viber message fails to be delivered. |
